Cork Coffee Roasters is now logged into the ever growing Bandon farmers market blog.

We will see you all next Saturday with out fresh roasted coffee blends from our 1930 traditional coffee roaster. It’s the way coffee likes to be roasted, come try it and see for yourself.

WE WILL BE THERE, the weather will not deter our determination to provide the people what they want .

We’ve just enabled the “subscribe by email feature” on the blog. This means that any time there is a new post on the front page of the blog, you will be sent an e-mail that day with the contents. It saves having to revisit the site all the time just to check if there is anything new. When is the market on?

The market is currently bi-weekly with some extra ones for special occasions. This should go to weekly at some point in October. The next one is this Saturday, the 23rd September at the usual location.

So the next set of dates are:

1. September 23rd 2006
2. October 7th 2006
3. October 21st 2006

Smoked Eel available

This Saturday at the Bandon Farmers Market, Ummera’s stall will have some freshly smoked eel available, either whole or in filleted packs.

It looks as though this coming eel fishing season may well be the last due to an almost worldwide collapse in the stocks of freshwater eel. It is a superb product, expensive yes, but something quite special. Our web page at http://www.ummera.com/eel.html

We will, of course, have our normal range of Organic Smoked Salmon, Hot Smoked Crowns of Chicken and Smoekd Dry Cured Rashers.
